Return Policy

Our Guarantee
At Sole SophisticationTM we guarantee that our shoes will looks as cute in person as they do on our website. We will be happy to accept returns on FULL-PRICED and ON SALE merchandise by mail with the original receipt within 30 days of receipt of purchase (please see instructions below).
    Returns are accepted if the following criteria are met
  • Merchandise is unworn. We suggest that you test footwear on a carpeted floor.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging in a suitable shipping carton.
PLEASE NOTE: All Clearance purchases are FINAL SALE. Please shop carefully! Return requests on FINAL SALE merchandise will not be accepted.

    E-mail us at customercare@solesophistication.com and a pre-paid FedEx RETURN LABEL will be promptly e-mail to you along with information about nearby drop-off locations.

A pre-paid FedEx RETURN LABEL will be promptly e-mailed to you along with information about nearby drop-off locations.

  • Mail your item(s) using the pre-paid RETURN LABEL using the nearest FedEx drop-off location. No worries, insurance is taken care of when using the provided label.
  • Be sure to include a copy of the original packing slip in the returned package to ensure that we will credit your account correctly.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges. If you choose to return the item in your own packaging using another shipping method, please be sure to use the address listed on our RETURN LABEL.

Sales Tax
Only orders in the state of Arizona are subject to sales tax.

Shipping Information

Policies, Options & Rates
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders will begin processing no later than the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise.

Sole SophisticationTM ships via DHL or USPS Priority Mail for delivery within the United States. At this time, we are unable to ship to international destinations, APO addresses or US territories.

If you want to track your order shipment via USPS, you can do so in the following way:

How do I modify my order?
We are sorry but once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.

How do I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail once your order has been received. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

Can Sole SophisticationTM ship internationally?
Sole SophisticationTM is currently unable to ship outside the United States but it is definitely in our plans for the future. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

I am a designer, how do I contact you about carrying my shoes?
Sole SophisticationTM is always looking for new brands to carry. Please e-mail us at Merchandising@solesophistication.com and we will get back to you promptly.

Where do you get your shoes?
We attend shoe markets throughout the United States and purchase directly from the manufacturer.
